Employment: The Trucker

Problem
The Trucker is the leading publisher of trucking jobs classifieds who was looking for a way to increase the effectiveness of their printed publication.  On the road and armed with mobile phones, truckers are constantly on the lookout for their next hauls.  However, they are often unable to determine their next jobs until they’ve had a chance to browse the classifieds and make the necessary phone calls.  On the flip side, trucking jobs advertisers need to secure transportation for their cargo quickly and efficiently.

Solution
The Trucker launched their mobile alert service as a part of their printed publication.  Advertisers could include keywords with their ads to which truckers send an SMS reply to access and receive up-to-date job listing alerts on their mobile phones.
